Mads Singers (born 24 April 1984) is a Danish management coach, consultant and speaker. He is known as a DISC behavior expert and is the founder of AristoSourcing, HeyRamp and the SEO Mastery Summit.[1]

Singers hosts the Mads Singers Management Podcast and has coached people in organizations such as Shell and Coca-Cola as well as small online entrepreneurs for more than 12 years.[7][1]

Mads Singers was born in Aarhus, Denmark, on 24 April 1984.[1]

He left Denmark at the age of 18 to move to Ireland, and he has since lived in many countries around the world.[1]

Career [edit]

Management coaching and DISC

Singers has worked as a management coach and consultant for more than 12 years, coaching people from large organizations such as Shell and Coca-Cola to small online entrepreneurs.[1]

His focus is on effective people management, and his website states that many business owners and managers have little or no people management experience, with more than half of managers never having received any training.[1] He is also known as a DISC behavior expert, with his about page describing his DISC training as one of the best in the world.[1]

He offers the Effective Management Mastery course, which teaches core management processes to help people become more effective managers.[3] Alongside the course, he provides one-to-one coaching and consulting services and publishes people management case studies on his website.[13][12]

Businesses

AristoSourcing is an outsourcing company founded by Singers that specializes in staffing solutions, with a focus on South Africa and the Philippines.[4]

HeyRamp is a people management software platform that helps businesses manage staffing information and includes lifetime free DISC behavior tests.[5]

SEO Mastery Summit is an annual SEO conference founded by Singers and held in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam.[6]

Singers speaks worldwide on topics including outsourcing, remote work, DISC behavior, leadership and management.[1]

He has spoken at events such as Chiang Mai SEO, DC BKK, eCommerce Expo, TiECon, 7 Figure Seller Summit and SEO Mastery Summit.[1]

Podcasts and webinars

Singers hosts the Mads Singers Management Podcast, which focuses on leadership, management and outsourcing.[7]

According to his website, he has contributed to hundreds of other podcasts and has appeared on shows such as Authority Hacker, Empire Flippers and EcomCrew.[1]

He has also participated in webinars, including interviews and presentations hosted by SE Ranking, Ani Hoang and Olesia Korobka.[8][9][10]

Singers has described his coaching philosophy as "walk the walk", noting that he spends only part of his day coaching others while most of his time goes to building and growing his own companies.[1]

He has stated that management is not terribly complicated and that with training people can learn the most important management processes.[1]

Singers has lived in many countries around the world since leaving Denmark at 18.[1] He publishes as madssingers on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and runs a YouTube channel under his own name.[11]
